‘Love is a Battlefield’ a new show created by artist Nancy Faas in collaboration with Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts. Love Is a Battlefield brings together art, fashion, and performance in an immersive exploration of identity, freedom and self-expression. The work reflects on self-love not as an ideal, but as a conscious choice to take yourself seriously, to claim space and to remain true to who you are. Through sculpture, movement, and fashion, the body becomes both player and playing field, where every step is a decision and every decision shapes the outcome. Love is not surrender. It is presence, strategy and ownership.
