Vernissage | The Muse Awakens
Dutch artist Nancy Faas creates worlds in which sculpture, fashion, dance and symbolism merge into intriguing narratives. Her latest art performance will be presented on 9 December 2025 at Hotel De L’Europe Amsterdam, during her vernissage and the TV recordings for the RTL 4 programme Wishing on a Star.
In this performance, featuring dancers from the Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts, the muse awakens from her dream. She is free to be whoever she wishes to be. The performance embodies transformation, equality and freedom. Be your own muse!
In January 2026, Faas and her muses will travel to Paris, where on 30 January, during Paris Fashion Week, she will present a performance at Atelier Néerlandais, a magical fusion of art, fashion and sculptures to wear.
The work of Nancy Faas is represented at Hotel De L’Europe Amsterdam, Art Villa Les Trois Illes in La Croix-Valmer, and Galerie Sol in Saint-Tropez. Nancy works from her studios in Blaricum and La Croix-Valmer.
